1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "PHP Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso-denominated balance held within a Player's bmw66 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins credit equivalents, or matched deposit funds awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by a Player using an approved Philippine payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates bmw66.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification using Philippine government-issued identification documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bmw66. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the bmw66 Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the bmw66 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which forms an integral part of this agreement:

2.3 In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that conflict. In all other matters, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of bmw66 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. bmw66 does not knowingly permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.

3.2 Residency Requirement

bmw66 services are available exclusively to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted must not access the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bmw66 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. bmw66 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a restricted territory.

3.3 Registration Process

To create a bmw66 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid Philippine mobile number on the Globe or Smart network
• A valid email address to which you have sole access
• A secure password of your choosing

You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.4 KYC Verification

bmw66 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include a passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or national ID. bmw66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.

3.5 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered bmw66 Account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — will be consolidated or closed. Any Bonus Funds accumulated across duplicate accounts are forfeited in their entirety. bmw66 reserves the right to recover any Real Money Funds that were obtained through exploitation of duplicate accounts.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmw66 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. bmw66 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify bmw66 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bmw66 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account are forfeited.

4.3 Account Suspension by bmw66

bmw66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information
• The Player is under 21 years of age
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion
• The Account has been used for money laundering or other illegal activity
• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or legal risk to bmw66

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, bmw66 may withhold account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bmw66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your PHP Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. bmw66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the verified payment method associated with your Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes for GCash and Maya
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days
• bmw66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering obligations
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bmw66 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. All transactions are monitored. bmw66 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law. Players must not use bmw66 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bmw66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per payment method, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn
• bmw66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of the resulting balance is permitted. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion; contribution rates are published alongside each individual promotion.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 All games available on the bmw66 Platform — including live sabong, live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, e-sports betting, and bingo — are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface or betting market.

7.2 All casino and slot games on bmw66 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.

7.3 Live sabong markets on bmw66 are based on the official results declared by the arena referee at PAGCOR-licensed sabungan venues. bmw66 bears no responsibility for any technical interruption to the live sabong broadcast once a match has commenced, provided that official results have been declared.

7.4 For sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC, PSA). In the event of a dispute over a result, bmw66's determination shall be final and binding.

7.5 bmw66 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any manifest error on the part of bmw66. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's PHP Wallet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw66 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bmw66
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any other multi-player game to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or other advantages not intended by bmw66
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider
• Accessing bmw66 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the outcome of a sporting or sabong event on which bets are offered

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bmw66 Platform — including but not limited to the bmw66 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bmw66 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bmw66 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of bmw66 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmw66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of gaming services.

11.2 bmw66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their bmw66 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 bmw66 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bmw66 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or PAGCOR-mandated system interruptions.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 bmw66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the bmw66 Privacy Policy.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the bmw66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.3 bmw66 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law, without requiring your separate consent for such disclosures.

13. Amendments

13.1 bmw66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bmw66 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.2 Your continued use of the bmw66 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 4.2.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at bmw66.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute between a Player and bmw66 shall first be submitted to bmw66's Customer Support team for resolution. bmw66 will endeavor to resolve all Player complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Players who are dissatisfied with bmw66's resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
